WILL WRITING

It is estimated that 50% of the adult population in England and Wales do not have a Will in place.

Vanessa specialises in the administration of estates, drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax. She provides elderly client advice and also advises on Trusts and Court of Protection matters.

Vanessa qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is also an Affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is an accredited Will writer, holding the Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and is entitled to use the STEP Will Writing Code logo.
